It has been a month since Pet Transporter handled the cross-country flight of our dog, Otter, and I have been delinquent in sending my thanks. Despite my worry, Otter arrived safe and sound at the San Francisco airport. To be perfectly honest, it appeared that only I was stressed out - Otter rolled out of his crate and onto the ground, wagging his tail and happily waiting for somebody to rub his belly!

Thanks so much for taking such great care of him. You and your staff did an excellent job keeping me calm and answering all of my (often silly) questions. Please feel free to use me as a reference should you need one - I certainly will recommend your services to others.

Here is a picture of Shadow who made the sojourn from Las Vegas to Williamsburg, Virginia with little noticeable problem! This big, loveable one time vicious feral cat is now the official social director of our new home here in Virginia. Thanks for transporting him. If he could only have donned some shades for his arrival he would have really shown the locals his Vegas style!

I highly recommend Pet-Transporter not only is the staff very professional and friendly but very dependable and reassuring, especially in a highly stressful time of shipping pets...they handled my pets with such love and professionalism and after shipping 5 cats (2 of who are old timers) from one State to another they are so gentle and loving with them and with the least amount of stress on my pets and on myself..They are the best!!!!!!!
